This is my worst experience staying in this Hotel. My breakfast was included in stay but Hotel staff denied as said by them they do not serve complimentary meal but yes can be served if i choose to pay for that. The rooms were stinking. I upgraded my room from deluxe to premium by paying extra but that is too very hopeless. Hotel staff delibrtely charged more from us by initially showing their worst rooms which anyways are not matching which we selected and than the rooms which we opted telling ...more

Hotelier charged 580/- extra for 2 days saying that Classic is bunker beds, I will get seperate room only when I pay the extra amount Also no blanket, when asked about the same he said from corona we are not giving, if you want we can give but it is not washed
