We have Booked Hotel from your app and the hotel doesn't allow us to enter the hotel and our money is also not have been returned. we are not happy with your service and harrassed as well and we had contacted the customer care we didn't receive any response.

Never ever book here. I booked here a room yesterday and pay, after reaching property they told me that we will cancel booking and taken Rs by g-pay for room. And now they are not returning my any one amount. Room was smelling like anythig & AC also not working

better avoid this place run by unprofessional staff. got electric shock when touced the geyser. no toiletries and dirty bedsheets. food is expensive and takes eternity to get delivered.
