    Very poor experience. This place is not a hotel but it is a marriage palaceI m booking 1 room for three person but hotel takes extra charges for third person and more extra for third blanketToilet running smaily and dirty waterHotel staff doing very bad behaviour also Finally this hotel is not having any standards.

    I had done a booking fr, my brother. when he asked for check-in. the manager of the hotel told him that they do not check any online booking and denied providing a room. after complaining the hotel finally provide the room that to was very dirty, seemed like the hotel did not clean the room after the previous customer check out. all bed sheets, the pillow cover was dirty. direct utensils were still there. after requesting several times they cleaned the room. and when we ask for tissue paper and ...more

    I have booked a room.. the hotel didn't provide complimentary breakfast.. TV is not working.. shower is broken.. lift not working.. totally wastage of money.. rooms are dirty.. pathetic.

    In that case they hotel people will not cooperate. I have to extra cash for check-in after paying discount amount .. Hotel services are too late for a jug of water I have to wait 1hour.

    Very bad experience I had faced over here during check in. Proprietor manager denied to provide rooms to me. After awaiting 1hrs 30 minutes, they provide me room but they take 400 rupees extra from me. Room very poor.  toilet is just 3 ft x 1.5 ft. Very clumsy atmosphere. please don't book this room. Room service also very poor.
