These are frauds. My check in was denied I had to stay on roads for 2 hours in the night and later booked another hotel. Worst staff who did not even bother my condition .. at 1 am in the night was a traumatic experience

Rooms were clean but I had to change 2 rooms, one didn't have the AC working and other one had the lock broken (2nd floor), finally got a room in 3rd floor. I had booked two rooms at first, both AC room's remotes were broken. Taps in each room are leaking, showers also leaking. Toilet seats are not that hygienic. Towels were not given. It was not so good experience at Hotel Spar Grand for the following reasons:-
a) Bathroom shower was not proper as many of the holes were blocked.
b) comode cover was missing.
c) plug point near bed was not working.
d) TV was not working.
e) Dirt and wrapper beneath /behind the bed at genrally inaccessible area.
f) Mosquito menace.
g) Other room suggested , but have similar issues.
