it was horrible experience to stay there . ac water was leaking from indoor machine the whole night. the floor became wet due to water . they told that they have repaired it but the water was leaking. also hospitality not up to standard.
we hope you will note our concern and investigate on same. please ask hotel to refund our money

the hotel columbus is always my favourite. neet and clean very humble front desk people like prachi. new restaurants are also good and tasty

Overall Good . However restaurant is closed from last 15days..but u can order online.
Thay are ok.for that.
Parking is very limited so check with Hotel once u are coming in own vehicle.
Rooms are small but near and clean and looking into Mumbai it's ok..

one of the worst hotel I had stayed so far..No guest policy even for meeting family members..customers privacy is breached...toilet flush not working..lift is very slow..locker provided but does not work..cleaning is a big issue..AVOID IT for your safety and security..The hotel staff is pathetic and very rude..does not know how to behave with customers.

Columbus is a very good hotel for stay . Easily accessible for restaurants, pharmacies staffs are so humble and polite and help our needs. Restaurant Aditi adjacent is so nice all South Indian items.
