stay was good for a budget option
staff was humble
hotel has enough space for car parking
outside path requires some maintain otherwise room and linens were good
best part is 2 min away from beach

location is very good, plus the view of beach directly from the room.
They could have maintained the garden making an extra plus, pool was not functional, you could take a dip in the beach.
Place looks safe to stay for families, taxies are available just on the adjacent road again a plus.
Some renovation needed for the rooms, that will become more bang for the bucks.

very nice location, 1 min walking from beach
rooms are well maintained from inside

cons-
looks not so good from outside
building needs maintanence.
few rooms needs repairing.
in house restaurant is expensive and very less or negligible options in veg.
no breakfast available.

they provided contact for travel needs like can and two wheeler

please don't go there as the place is not safe , typical govt quarters,no lighting ,washroom mirror open , deserted place

conditions of the rooms are horrible, to say the least. the hotel is run by gtdc, so has a vast area. due to non-maintenance the structure is likely to crumble anytime. shrubs and unregulated vegetation causes lots of mosquitoes, frogs, leeches everywhere, including your room, if you're in the ground floor.
room service is non-existent, almost. you've to call the reception so many times, that you feel embarrassed to call again. they're quite supportive, but not professional. you've to call them ...more

The rooms are good but bathroom is average no handwash was provided... Resturant is there but no favitiity of tea coffee as well as building infrastructure is very much old needs renovation.... Location wise property is at best location.. as per the cost it was not making sense with the infrastructure n food only location is best

My stay at Colva Residency was pleasant despite not having photos. The non-AC room was clean, though the building shows signs of age with noticeable damages. However, during checkout, the receptionist failed to provide a GST bill, citing pending payment
