Hotel rooms are excellent. Great view of Kanchenjunga from the rooms. Best for spending your vacation.

Average rooms. When asking for hot water they denied to provide giving reason that we have booked lower priced room that is why we are not provided with geyser.. disappointed.

Road is very poor... Scenic beauty is good... Food is too costly... Food is average..... Room service not available.... Bathroom is very dirty.... Room is good.. No geyser... Its average not so good...

The staff are very cooperative and friendly. They charge Rs. 500 inr per day per head for food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Quality of the food is good. There is no hot water tap. But hot water is provided on request. The most attractive aspect is its pristine location which is away from the din and bustle. Clouds float around the place all day long. Occasional drizzle is a common thing. It's not an option for those who look after overloaded luxury in travel. It's the nest of wild life, not wild picnic parties. The calm and serene ambience and the behaviour of the staff
