    No doubt a great location on the Mall Road. Go for a valley view room. Deluxe Rooms are average with average facilities but ok in this price. Staff is nice and courteous

    Hotel location is good but on one end of the Mall Road. Staff was polite, however service was lacking. After check-in, found utensils with leftover food in the almirah. Once, had to call twice for getting tea delivered to the room. The other time, didn't get tea even after calling two times.

    the best part of the hotel was that it was located on mall road and has a lift the staff was very helpful the food was very delicious
