beautiful hotel. lovely food. only issue was check in time at 2pm. even though the receptionist helped me check in at 12:45. I still believe at times if ur arriving from a different city n u reach by 10 am some flexibility shud be there. overall experience was great. I would love to visit the hotel again.

“I was going to give 5 stars, but I’m only giving 3 because despite booking 4 rooms well in advance with a promised check-in time of 2 PM, we were made to wait until well after 4 PM. Even then, rooms were allotted only after repeated follow-ups. Every time we asked, we were told, ‘Sir, we’ll update you in 10 minutes’ — which kept stretching for hours. To make matters worse, our group included 2 senior citizens and 2 small kids, who had to wait uncomfortably after a long journey. This level of service is not acceptable, especially after a confirmed booking with clear expectations.
