Got late check in due to non availability of rooms and one female staff at the reception was arrogant and did not have knowledge how to speak with customers, however the manager was very co-operative and accommodated our request to get a room on a ground floor. Post checkin wifi for our entire stay did not work and the hotel was not able to resolve the issue. I would personally avoid visiting this property again as it is congested as compared to other meritas properties and non co-operative staff.

It was an awesome experience, the staff was supportive and rooms were well maintained, need to improve on the games room a bit. Food and everything was great!

the stay experience was average here. the ambience of the place is nice. it is quiet and also nearer to main road. the support staff here is bit slow. the food quality is above average.
