Grand hotel with all facilities. very courteous and responsive staff. good food. there is no valley view as such. but rooms face mountain. attached pic is of view from room

The hotel staff are extremely polite , friendly & helpful in their profession to make the guests stay a memorable and mesmerizing one .
Swapnil from the reception gave a personal to the room by decorating it for Anniversary celebration . The restaurant staffs Biprabjit , Madhumita , Smriti & Akruti were very helpful & polite giving it an all together top notch service in terms of Food service .
