I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott, Shillong, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff maintained a high level of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens fresh, and the bathroom spotless with high-quality toiletries. The in-room dining menu also had good variety and was prompt in service.

I booked for three adults by making full payment. The same is given in confirmation . But the hotel charged additionally for the third person. I talked to customer care also. She could not reply satisfactorily Please refund me the amount charged for the third person.

it was one of my best stays so far,everything was truly remarkable,rooms were well maintained with all the facilities,buffet was so satisfying ..
the staff was very courteous and sweet.
if we will come to shillong again then courtyard will be our first choice...

We had a very comfortable & great stay at the Marriott Courtyard shillong.. the hospitality,food & service were top notch .The children play area was one of the best we have seen where my 2 year old kid had a gala time.
