Overall Very poorly maintained, rooms facilities are below standard, room freshness not maintained, it is like entering in very old room and all amenities are poorly maintained. washroom is very small and washroom sink not working properly. Carpet of room is of very poorly maintained. Food is good but restaurant is so small and congested to walk around for food.

Excellent hotel feels so luxurious staying here . All the members and staffs are well mannered and talk very politely. Loving to stay here in future if I visit this place again I will prefer to stay in this hotel only .

Initially had an unexpected bit of hassle during check-in .Glad enough the management intervened and sorted all positively.Had an overall enjoyable stay .Loved the cordial hospitality gestures of the staff and food & comfort as our previous experiences.

Clean and spacious room. Good view. Superb location. Vallet parking quick and efficient. Front office reception helpful. Buffet Breakfast and dinner very tasty with plenty of variety. Restaurant staff polite and helpful. Tania in restaurant friendly and helpful....Overall excellent stay.
