Room door was in worst condition... Always needed assistant from staff to open. Sound proof is just a name..has mini fridge in ammenities but it was missing there...

Rooms are very cozy, not clean, found cigarettes everywhere in the room. Bed sheets aren't clean didn't change them until we asked for. Walls are dampened smells a lot. Room door key is broken and lot more issues. Not suitable for familes.

Hotel location was very good, it's very near to panjim bus stand just like 5-7 min walking distance. Hotel well very clean, food also very tasty, staff was very helpful.
Only one issue A.C not working proper.
Over all hotel is very good.

Worst experience. Hotel denied checkin at last moment. I had to wait for 45 minutes at the reception and then too they didn't provide a room I had paid in full.
Rude staff and worthless service.

Not worth the room rent - it's too expensive compare to rent paid. very poor maintenance, not cleaned at all.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this hotel. pathatic service and they didn't give us a full breakfast even if we booked room with breakfast.
