1. Room is too cosy. 2. The behaviour of the staffs are very weird. 3. They didn't provide basic amenities like water, toilet kit or welcome kit. Even on asking, they provided one bottle only for a deluxe room. 4. They don't allow us to roam around the property for any reason known to them. 5. Moreover, they serve complimentary breakfast at room only without leaving any choice to the customer to have anything. very bad experience and unhygienic utensils provided with cockroaches in the kettle. no response after repeated complaint

I recently stayed at Crescent inn, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent close to knowledge park, making it convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Amenities like Wi-Fi, terrace, lounge were a nice touch and added value to the stay. The room looked good but it was quite small for the price charged, with very less space around bed and cupboard. There were no windows and no ventilation for the room and the bathroom. The bathroom smelled quite weird all the time despite being clean to see. Drinking water did not taste good and RO is present in a very dirty place in the kitchen space. Rats were roaming over the stairs.
