The hotel is located little down hill, so might be issue with aged people. Rest all amenities and foods are satisfactory.

rooms were clean and staff was good. the size of the room was very small and can accommodate only 2. we were 3 and there was hardly any space for extra bed. had to move furniture to somehow accomodate extra bed. price is too high for the size of room

Staff -5 star Food -2.5 star Room -Big (4 star) Toilet - 2 star ( Small) Parking - Although I got covered only for 4 car covered otherwise outdoor ( Too steep) 3.5 star Mall Road is 600 metres but you have to go incline way measured by map get your own heater otherwise pay 300 Don't go for 101 Room number Overall 3 Star

Nice room's & we were provided with an early check-in as availability got created. Amenities are great and the location was near Mall Road. The only catch would be a steep climb of a few meters to reach Mall Road rest all is great. Their is also a breakfast joint just above Hotel.

The overall experience was good. The best thing is that it is within walking distance of Mall Road. However. I haven't ordered food because they don't have their restaurant and bring the food from outside but the tea was good also the hotel staff was supportive.

Room was dirty and stinking a lot especially the bathroom. The wardrobe was not cleaned since ages, when I opened it stinker like hell. Overall not a great experience, there are many better options then this.

Though i couldn't stay at the property due to my last minute plan change and there was no refund as per policy but the owner of the property is such a gem of a person and very kind that he easily agreed for a 50% refund, understanding our situation. Thank you so much for this kind gesture. I would highly recommend it to everyone and would definitely visit them in future.

The owner's behavior was very bad, we were 4 people and 1 child, we booked 1 room. We traveled for 5 hours and reached the hotel and the owner said "this is not a Dharamshala" I said I never told you this is a Dharamshala. Give me a room extra I will pay the money but he behaved very badly and said I don't have any so I said give me extra bed then he said I will charge 2000 per bed. I told him I have booked for 2600 you can charge actual price like 1000 but he said if you want to stay or cancel ...more
