Good stay, the staff were friendly and the room was well maintained. Particularly liked having a balcony in the room, and the location was a absolutely perfect.

Very sorry to say that the stay was not pleasant. Rooms ambience does not match the standards. Moreover the service provided was poor... Hot water is not provided 24 hrs. However there is ample parking space.

We checked in at the night on 1st July 2022 around 9.30. We wanted to go out early morning to attend a function. The kettle provided in the room was not working and when we asked for a replacement , to our utter dismay, replied that they can't help till 8.00am when some Assistants will report for work. There were no room boys to attend to any calls..Our request to get a morning coffee was flatly refused. Excellent Hotel. Very Courteous Staff. Rooms Excellent Conditions neat and clean and have private balcony. Recommended for Families and Couples. Lobby is spacious and have amble car parking. Special thanks to Mr. Shahulhameed Hotel operation manager of Crown suites He made our stay Comfortable and joyfull. We enjoy our stay wonderful 👌👌

The manager is very unprofessional. I was denied a GST invoice for which I have proof on mail . Apart from the Invoice issue he is very rigid and does not know how to behave with guest . This is the first time I'm facing such a behaviour

Due to covid 19 related issues, restaurant was not functioning. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay.
