my experience with this hotel was not satisfactory. the location was very inconvenient, as it seems too far out and isolated. I faced repeated cab booking cancellations,with drivers mentioning that they usually avoid going to that area. while the staff was polite, the room itself was a letdown. it was small, lacked cleanliness and didn't have a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. overall the stay was not comfortable and enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

The hotel is good for nothing. The atmosphere is very bad. The behaviour of the staff is too rude. The rooms are not properly maintained. The toilets are too nasty. No shampoo, no water, no proper Geezer, and top of that sometimes no water at all at the washroom. The receptionist Behaviour is too bad. Because of that, we checked out earlier. The rooms are quite small and there were certain equipment and things not working in the room. Though staff was supportive and immediately repaired things. as near to highway you could hear noise of traffic in the room. The price room is okay and the location is good to reach the bandra shopping area and station.

The rooms were small but very clean, the lovation is a bit in the middle of a heavy traffic area but all in all a good place

Location and surroundings of building is very unhygienic However washroom is clean . But rooms are not clean n upto date . No hot water for shower and towels provided are not clean . bessheets are not clean .

The stay was decent. The vicinity has a smell that enters the room but in all the room is clean. Hot water was available however the AC stopped working and nothing was done about it. Since its the monsoons it was tolerable with the fan or else it would have been uncomfortable. In all it was a decent experience like I said. For the price I paid

no photos available but there were small cockroaches everywhere and restaurant services were not available before 8 pm
