The staffs are unprofessional, I had asked to clean my room in the morning, when came in the evening, room was in the same condition. Receptionist should be more responsible and professional.

to my surprise, property was totally nice, clean and hygienic. well behaved staff and good food served in buffet. value for money.

the stay was excellent, hotel common areas as well as rooms were very clean, well maintained and hygienic. staff was courteous, although service staff needs to be trained more as they appear to be bit low on confidence. maybe freshers. breakfast spread was good but could be excellent if they add some bakery items to it. overall i will highly recommend this hotel for a short and convenient stay in jaipur.
