Hotel accomodations is a very nice.....place also beautiful......room condition is. very clean and specious, roof top sweeming pool also too good, and sweeming pool view very very extraordinary......

The hotel property is very good, all the amenities were also good. No complaints except - one of their male receptionists'behaviour, he is too bad in terms of behaviour, besides having premium room booking, he tried to accommodate us in that 1st floor small room. Then after asking for their inconvenience around 4 pm he provided us our actual assigned room.
Except for this nuisance, I have nothing to complain about this hotel
The hotel property is very good, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel location is very very good, room also very clean and good, beach distance from hotel just walking 4 to 5 min. but service is not very good....service rating I will give 4 out of 10..

Overall experience is average, the undermentioned points should be worked upon with :
1. Room interior decor could be better.
2. Amenities does not include slippers, electronic locker facility not available.
3. Rooftop pool has not lived upto the expectations as the pool is remarkably small in breadth and the ambience is not lively as well.
4. The food in the inhouse restaurant has been disappointing. The breakfast spread was still ok although some items didn't seem fresh and probably stale. T ...more

our experience at cygnett inn sea view, new digha was amazing. we spent three nights and had a very memorable stay there. will definitely recommend this place to others.
