We booked the hotel for a Superior room yet was asked to pay extra money for the room after reaching hotel. The room was pathetic with all the electrical items either damaged or broken, along with the bed and its wooden area. Entire paint was falling from walls and very unclean and unhygienic bathroom with all the fitting of plumbing leaking. Only one towel was provided for bathroom usage and that towel was also torn and completely untide. The room felt like it was used earlier by some servants. ...more

the stay was very bad at daffodils room and washroom both were not clean properly room lighting was very irritating food was okay not bad but overall stay was not good

water heating machine was not clean or even not washed after used by prior customer, staff is not receiving calls even not come at room during first entry of my....
