1)The hotel authority has taken hidden charges of Rs 20 while checking out which was unknown during check in and also not said on the booking time online2) They not given 1 free breakfast which was promised during booking time online 3) They behaved quite not normal when wanted to see payment details, they said that they do not disclose everything to the customer which is not right4) Bathroom was smelly.5) Things which was promised they didn't gave only on repated order from us.

overall nice stay but when we arrival hotel , there is no one for serve complementary welcome drinks and mini bar including my room price but not provided, they said it is not provided now, over all staffs are very good, breakfast is also good π

breakfast is awesome. Bedroom is ok ok. But bathroom is small, there is no hand shower, after asking they provided mug and bucket. kettle was broken, they replaced that after asking.

The room, service, setting, meal and atmosphere were all excellent. We attempted Bengali and Chinese. The breakfast selection was decent, however they served frooty instead of juice. The atmosphere on the rooftop was fantastic. The only drawback is that I was charged 30 rupees for a Tawa roti, which is completely out of the question.

it was a horrible experience it is not even worth. we had horrible experience staying as well as food as well as the hospitalityeven geyser operation is done from the reception. tea pot is there but without coffee,tea,sugar and milk in the room.when asked they said it is not available in the room.
