poor quality of rooms.I booked Deluxe room but room was very smelly and lots of seepage inside the room. Waste of money.

Had booked 2 super delux rooms. Upon checkin was offered a filthy dirty room. Upon query the bell boy informed super delux rooms are occupied and overbooked. Manager Shimon also did not help. Same issue was reported with 4 other families in the same place. Cleanliness was an issue and food was not at all edible. Will not recommend at all.

The Resort is actually situated far away from the main Bhimal, the locality seems like of some village so I didn't like it's location at all. Apart from this everything was fine be it it's room was comfortable of it's services.
