Amenities 4* (Room big & clean, Room tea arrangement missing)
Location 3* (Little far from nearest beach)
Service 2* (Negotiation for tips during check in)
Food 0*(Horrible)
Swiming Pool 0* ( In house dirty pool.)
*Hotel also provide special services for interested persons which they proudly hand written in their menu card's last page with rate & phone number.
Not recommended for family visit.

Horrible experience ever..!!
Doesn't even deserve a single star rating.
Food quality is pathetic. No taste in any items. Ordered three non veg items for dinner but received only two, while asked them for clarity they said we can't do anything, you have to manage but they added 3 items in bill. Found small cockroach in chutney.
Rooms were very dirty. Room service persons are asked for tips every single time if you order anything. Even after checking out, the room service personals called and asked for tips. In house pool was very dirty.
Totally waste of money..!!

The reception team does not communicate professionally and fails to respond properly.
The lift buttons are not functioning correctly.
The food quality is poor, and it takes too long to be served.
