I had booked a king bed size room and such an expensive room, after that a very dirty bed and there were lipstick and kajal stains on the blanket and a single bed was attached with it, the washroom was so dirty and when I asked for a spoon, that too came in half an hour, then I would only say that I should not book it

It was a very bad experience and the value for money is so unfair. Even they didn't offer the free meal which was included in our stay.In future, I will never go to this hotel nor I will recommend it to any friend or relative.Disgusing experience.

All the other things were Okay, the staff wasn't that cooperative. I booked a room with breakfast for one night where I checked in at 4AM early morning and checked out at 11AM I was there only for 6-7 hours the only thing I asked for is to serve the breakfast in room that too any one veg Item available in buffet with tea as we were bit tired and the staff refused to serve that. POOR HOSPITALITY.

As per panipat standards hotel was good, but bathroom in the needs to be more cleaned or renovated as it gives the shabby look Food was good , they have to maintain their standards as per their star ratings . specially bathrooms

washrooms were not clean. menu for room service was very small. only 1 lift tiles were broken phones were broken doors were too noisy

Hotel is good but one cannot consider it as 4 star amenities, breakfast and everything is like 3 star

I didn't click the photos..rooms are good but bedsheets are smelly .breakfast taste fine..need to upgrade his front office staff.look like unprofessional
