Room was ok but you have to climb 129 stairs in approx 155 steps!!! On call they say it's just 70 steps. They dont have a restaurant but serve food in rooms. Too much delay in food service and average quantity food. Room was clean but balcony was too tiny.

Pathetic owner and hotel. Even after having written confirmation and booking and paying the full amount in advance, they demand extra money at the time of check-in. They harass the customer for hours when they question the owner. Even after showing every possible document (the booking voucher, Aadhar cards, other ID proofs, payment confirmation verifications) the owner arrogantly denied every proof and kept on asking for extra cash for our daughter because he said that the girl is 13 years old a ...more

The premium rooms are awesome in this property with good view. The host, manager and the two care takers were very helpful and they made us very comfortable. If you are coming by train or bus you can directly call on the property number and they can arrange a cab for you as well which is really helpful for tourists.
