No of staffs for room service need to increase because getting anything either for room service or restaurant related took so much time, otherwise it's a very nice hotel. Rooms , restaurant are excellent 👍.

Yesterday i was staying this hotel at J K Road I had a wonderful experience at the DEW Plaza hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was caring. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!
