It's an average 5-star hotel; I don't know how they get this rating.
The vegetarian kitchen or veg section is not separate, so I didn't book the breakfast combo as there needs to be either a separate veg section with a separate person cooking or separate kitchen

This hotel presents itself as a good-looking property overall. However, there were a couple of significant issues during my stay.
Upon booking, I specifically requested a twin bed. While I was initially given a twin, I then requested a double bed. I was surprised to be asked to pay an additional ₹500 for this change, especially since I recall the difference being only ₹100 at the time of booking. Room is good. Washroom is average. Swimming pool average. Food is cheaper but pathetic. Room Service is awesome. Location is perfect if you want nearby airport.

the hotel is very near to the airport. very well maintained, food was amazing. clean and hygienic place. worth the money spend. recommended for extended stay as well. staff was warm and welcoming.

They were doing some maintainence work nearby room..we were not able to sleep properly...jacuzzi was not working

it was not a great experience. there were screws pointing upwards, and luckily, i managed to avoid getting my leg pierced. the beds were separated, and the bedsheets were not clean—they even had feet marks on them. this should only be rated as a 3-star hotel. better choose another hotel.

horrible experience. they provided a room which didn't have a sofa although the sofa is mentioned in the room. also the ac was not working and the entire night we were sweating. we requested to change the room but that was not entertained by the staff. i had stayed in this hotel previously but this time the experience was horrible, maybe due to the newyear xmas vacation crowd and booking. will not be choosing this hotel again in future.
