Our stay at Park Grace by DLS was truly exceptional. The Front Desk Manager and service staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The service boys were quick, courteous, and efficient. The food quality was outstanding, and the restaurant staff were prompt and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience!

they mentioned HI tea or coffee for premium rooms, but that never came even after 2-3 reminders,timing to offer this complementary tea was between 5pm to 6pm but no response till 6pm..pathetic room service, highly unprofessional staff, very bad decision to choose this hotel..
they have mentioned so many things in their amenities, but not offering even the 10 percent of that..

It was a pleasant stay at Dls Park Grace Hotel view was very nice rooms were very good and well cleaned, food was also too good, staff nature is good and all are helpful. The hotel is near to har ki pauri .and it's only 3km from har ki pauri ,over all experience was good

DLS Park Grace, HaridwarThe stay at Hotel Grace was comfortable, after a bad experience at one of the other hotel in the nearby area. The staff is cordial and they welcomed us nicely...room are clean and spacious..
