The overall experience was excellent, The staff was very polite, we booked a private balcony room that was great including breakfast, high tea and dinner highly recommended to book that also. The room was very neat and clean, including a small fridge, The room service was great The manager was very friendly. I even ordered milk 2 -3 times for my child, they didn't charge for that.Rooftop restaurant was very good. food is very Good.

Very Bad Experience, Firstly there is nothing like as shown in Pictures, It's all Dirty and Unhygienic. Dirty Floor, Bed Lenin, Moulding all around, Insect infestation, Cockroaches crawling on walls. Food was also not good at all. I got scammed by the pictures posted and booked the place. I checked in with my family and had such an extremely horrible experience.

worst hotel i have ever visited in my life with my family. guest were coming in and leaving it at the same time, shady rooms, in the name of balcony they are scamming you with view of bushes that too were close to the drainage, no view at all you can consider. no proper parking, only one housekeeping guy to cater all guest. i booked this property considering its a DLS group chain but it is worse than a bus stand side dharamshala. i booked two rooms,1 forest view and 1 mountain, both rooms are ...more

food was good . room is very nice and spacious..there is one gaming area also fir kids ..night rooftop is amazing ...view from room is very nice ..need to improve on service..bit delay in servicing food ...need to improve on hi-tea part ..they only serve Crack jack and tea in hi tea ...need to add more stuffs in that like sandwich, cookies ...overall experience is good pleasant stay as family.surrounding are hood and staff is co operative ..

rooms are very congested and not clean. rooms are smelly and dampness in the wall, leakage in the washbasin. all the amenities are very dirty and un-hygienic. food is unhygienic and taste is also not good.

Please don't go to this hotel as- 1. the service is very very bad. the staff don't know anything about the hotel after many reminders they didn't open the ac of the room till 1 am in the morning Me and my family suffered a lot 2. they food is very very bad please don't try it even 3.the hotel is dirty the room is dirty and the staff doesn't even bother about it 4. they don't have the staff to pick and drop for your luggage just waste of money and if you have family so please don't go there.
