worst hotel, unprofessional staff, rooms in very bad condition and unhygienic, we are not able to stay this hotel not more than one hour and we checked out immediately and booked some other hotel, not recommended this hotel.

The overall experience was significantly less than expected due to poor management, poor hygiene, and unpleasant odor in the rooms. The bed, pillow, and bedsheets were of poor quality, with a noticeable smell. I would give one star for the room service staff, who were generally cooperative.

It's old property however it is better than actual shown in photos. as it's old property, cleanliness is there but due to old property it looks like poor cleanliness. staff is polite,I used free parking, free WiFi, free mineral water from 20lit bottle, care taker help us for breakfast, tea etc.
no any disturbance from outside noise etc.
compare with price it's very good hotel n safe for family also.
due to old property I can't give 5 star otherwise it's good

Very poorly managed.. my baggage were gnawed by rats... inefficient staff...
only plus point is the property is on good location..

The rooms weren't properly cleaned. Although amenities were mentioned, a TV was not installed. Only the location near railway station is an advantage, but the service was mediocre otherwise.
