as per the room rate hotel stay is is good but bit conjested . it is near to railway station and market. staff behaviour is very good. food was not upto the mark as per price... in hotel still there are upgradation work is in process which will more better for future stay not getting points

a hotel soo filthy that you have to bring your own bedsheet to sleep properly DIRTIEST HOTEL IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND SMELLS HORRIBLE POOR MANAGEMENT no courtesy HOUSEKEEPING ENTERS WITHOUT KNOCKING THE DOOR 100% NOT RECOMMENDED

Hotel was good. Except there was no hot water till the last day of my stay.I kept asking him and only on the last day the hotel receptionist told me I had to turn the right side tap and not the left , even though he repeated told me it was the left side tap for the first two days.

very poor room service in luxury ac room very ordinary toilet kit provided no complimentary water bottles in such a expensive cost. i will never visit again in this property and also not recommend to any other in my known. 2 out of 5star rating.

the staff did not get us a room as they could not track my record booked in advance. they kept us waiting for 1 hr. there was not hot water initially even for bath. no maintenance of covid rules. the entire dehradun town is not worried of covid. the hotel staff no one worried a mask.
