The place looks beautiful. Cleanliness is good. Location is also good.
But the staff behaviour is kind of cold. They are not rude, but not very eager to help either.
The room is too small. Ok if only 1-2 occupants. Otherwise it will feel claustrophobic.
Top part of the window does not close properly (may be for ventilation). But it allows mosquitoes at night.For the same reason, it also gets really cold by the midnight.
No common area. Not allowed to use the kitchen.

it was goos the staff was friendly and cooperative and the location was near police bazaar so everything so quite flexible

walking distance from police bazaar, loads to shop around, a lake and botanical garden right next door. great value for money with english breakfast option at the property, excellent for short stays if you are going to be mostly out.

I stayed for two days only in the dorm house. I recommend this place. Full value for money. All necessary amenities are there for you. Walking distance from police bazar.
Just pack your bag and explore shillong.
