firstly, stinky bedsheets with seepages in rooms.
pillow covers are so dirty that we can't imagine sleeping on them.
mattress had potholes and soo uncomfortable while sleeping and staff will not change them.
final nail in coffin was no water in bathrooms for bathing or for anything.
overall sooo pathetic, requesting everyone not to book at any point of time.

One day, I came back late from work, only to find that the hotel gate was closed. I called the number mentioned on the gate, and the person on the other end told me he no longer worked there, as he had left the job about a month ago. I then called the hotel's landline, and the hotel receptionist picked my call after 7 tried . I waited for about 30 minutes, which made my experience really frustrating. Additionally, the room was not great; they didn't have a room freshener, and the gate was broken

room was spacious but bedding and towels was dirty.
after complaint they said that staff is not available do they changed next morning.
on 1st they geyser was not working and they don't provide any assistance.
next day they changed room
not a good hotel

Only stay 5 hours no water supply in bathroom, the staff says sensor is not working, I can't do anything. Behavior was very bad.
