The hotel booking was a blunder. First of all he rejected our booking saying there is no booking with me. Then after 1 hour of argument with my family he told us that there is a booking with your name but i wont take it as the price is giving you is too low for me. Then he took another from us to give us our rooms and we had to take them as the rooms nearby were getting sold for too high of a price due to long weekend.

location is very good but room size is too small

The stay was ok .It is at walking distance from Golden temple.But there was no remote for ac.They didn't serve any drink on arrival which was mentioned.They did not provide the wifi password even after asking for it. Even when tea was ordered it was not hot as it should be.

I checked in late night they said the do not have any Info regarding booking when I arugued with them they gave me another hotel. when I said I wil not go to another hotel they said u don't have any option. very rude behaviour
