I have been here staying in this hotel since 2022 whenever i visited Nagpur. Its nice hotel, Polite and wonderful staff, in reception, in lobby, House Keeping, Restaurant. All good n nice people. Stay was always comfortable

Stay was average, ordered jeera aloo, steam rice and dal fry. Surprisingly jeera aloo served was giving a foul smell and i couldn't understand why was i served a stored and smelly stuff. Preparation of Jeera Aloo is the easiest and simplest but they failed by serving a rotten dish.
Raised a complain to which they didnt charged me for jeera aloo. That was the best way to cover up if the customer raises a complain or is dissatisfied.

It was an awesome experience staying at Hotel Dwarkamai in Nagpur. All the staff were very courteous and approachable. They had smile on their faces while interacting with any guest. The food was awesome in terms of taste as well as portion. I would love to stay at Hotel Dwarkamai on my next visit to Nagpur
