Excellent stay....spacious room....
neat and tidy ....
food ok...behaviour of the staff was excellent ....
there is no coffee maker in the room....
intercom is provided in the room but nobody will attend when when you make a call....
functioning of the front office is very poor...employ a full time manager for the front office ....
provide separate gate for Reception and bar....

The stay was too good. Extremely luxurious. Worth for the money. The violin solos played in the reduced volume is such a good thing.
Staffs are also makes us more comfortable throughout the stay.
Two precautions:
1.Network coverage is only available for BSNL and IDEA in this area.
2. The hotel is 12kms away from Piravom Road Railway station. Rickshaw will be charged around Rs300.
