Not worth for Families. We booked as bulk, but not allowing a single person as extra in one room. Response is not good and for extra bed they are charging 200. Extra bed is in very bad condition. Only one small curtains provided per room.

Very poor service... asking money for tea ... for extra bed charged 400 that is okay, but when given 500 note he told me to give the remaining 100 for tea, and I paid that for no help.

Small room with a miserable AC—there was no control over it, as the remote didn’t work. Unfortunately, my daughter fell sick the next day due to the AC.

Hotel staff are very courteous.No restaurant facility available.Because of inadequate staff available we were asked to arrange on our own to get food outside.I have ordered lunch through Swiggy, but I was made to wait for nearly an hour to get the food.Action to be taken to improve the quality of service in arranging food.

Eden A Park was poor quality accommodation. The room was unclean and had no window. The staff were rude and came into our room without knocking twice. During our stay other guests seemed to be having a party which was extremely loud.

The stay was so wonderful. The room had a good fragrance as I entered. The bed was neat and tidy. The staff behaved well.

Very rude behaviour from person in reception. He is the manager I think.. They first gave the room with toilet that was not cleaned.. flush was not working.. they gave another room. water from bathroom was not flowing out after a bath.. water from wash basin outside is coming to toilet. overall too bad..
