Absolutely Horrible Experience. DO NOT BOOK ON DISCOUNTED PRICE On arrival the hotel staff are asking additional payment of discount amount. Although agree to refund the amount it is a hassle to argue and get resolution. After a lot of discussion the hotel reception agreed for the discount price.

Seriously booking made for this property was a very pathetic mistake. While booking Goibibo shows something else, and after reaching the hotel, we find it's something different. Rooms are not spacious & clean at all. If you book for a single person, then also you can't do any movement inside. Therefore we have to book another room as we're having double occupancy. And for that the hotel charged us โน500/- extra per day. Every time they're charging unnecessarily for the RO water. The breakfast they're providing was unhygienic. Better to take breakfast from outside the hotel.

Worst hotel ever, I would suggest to stay away from this hotel. I have been regretting staying here. Firstly I was given room which as not cleaned after previous checkout and then the room I was shifted into was much smaller than what I booked for. I was properly cleaned, I found hair strands and the bed sheets were having strains. The towel which I was provided was stinking and had very bad stains as someone have used it after. When I reported this issue to the reception they took it very casually, and didn't even bother to apologize for such disgusting behavior/service.
