Location wise the resort is very good. The resort is very spacious and exteriors are also good but room interiors are Pathetic. Room services are very poor. Quality of food is poor. Linen are not clean

1) The deluxe rooms as well as the bed are dirty, not expected regarding such category. 2) The AC was not functioning properly that made the room warmer not expected in deluxe rooms in other hotels. 3) The bed is the harvesting place of various insects... that were biting us even during sitting on the bed.... horrible during sleep...possibly should not be found in deluxe rooms in other hotels. 4) The bathroom is dirtier than the bed room in our booked deluxe rooms & it's produced too much te ...more

We had the opportunity of staying in Eldorado beach resort on Feb 5 - 6 Feb,2016.Although ambience is good but services are shaby.There is no room service.Bar is closed.If you have morning tea at restaurant they demand immediate cash payment.Worst is they tell you to check our by 830am.They cut off electricity at 830am.Breakfast will not be served if you dont check out by 830 am.It as awful staying there Dr N C singhal Rotary Club of Jamshedpur India

the doors don't lock well .. taps had issues .. there is no room service . They don't accept any cards only cash .

Very ordinary room and bathroom in standard hut room, room size ok but rooms lacked even basic furniture, very small tv as per room size, no phone to call reception, very overly priced tariff, breakfast got over before timing, food was fine though.
