I saw for the first time that a 3-star hotel is charging ₹63 for two water bottles that have an MRP of ₹20 each. This is the first time I’ve faced such a situation.

Great Stay overall with spacious and comfortable room. Felt like newly furnished property. As compared to other hotels of same price where the ACs are usually of inferior brands, was surprised to see the DAIKIN ACs which worked pretty well. Kitchen is great. They are selling normal 20 rupee MRP water bottle at 32. And they did not even correct this after discussing. Such a non cooperative staff. The security guard becomes receptionist when he wants and argues. And he start delivering the bottles when he wants. He deserves more pay i think. They added someone else breakfast bill in my bill at checkout. I need to ask them multiple times and asked them to show recordings. Please be very careful during checkout. The washroom has very foul smell for rooms, due to this whole room was stinking. i need to use air freshener everytime. The almirah drawers were broken and the lock of the main door was also very shaky. The washroom doors were not lockable. There is no difference between handwash and bodywash, no naming and nothing I would not recommend this hotel. We can get better hotel at this price range and expect a better rooms and service.
