The service of the hotel is amazing. This hotel offers a mesmerizing view of the sea while you're enjoying in the pool. The property is extremely well maintained & the food quality is top notch. Overall our experience is superb. As a family or as a couple you can definitely come here for spending some quality time with your loved ones.

It was a very good experience staying at Elite Beach Resort Mandarmani.. The room was really beautiful, neat and clean and the view from the balcony was just an awesome experience what everyone wants. The food items were superb delicious, specially Bengali items. The staffs are very helpful and humble.. I really enjoyed it a lot.

the hotel was very good, location was very good. but the staff and service was very bad. they had no responsibility towards us. breakfast time was till 10 am in the morning, we reached at 9.30 am and no food was there. everything was empty and you had to stand with plate in hands like begger after which they brought food with grumpy faces,that too they were in tiny quantity. whenever we asked any help from the reception, they completely forgot what we asked for and we had to follow up again and again. very dissatisfied with the service. overall a nice hotel with bad staff.

prime hotel in prime location at reasonable price. rooms were too good, neat & clean. clean washroom. pool is just adjacent the sea beach. ambiance was awesome. room service is always at your service. adequate place available for car parking.

We have visited many times in mandarmani, but first time very worst experience in this resort. i) The behavior of the staffs particularly the receptionist, was very rude. ii) The room position mentioned in the app is mismatched. we have requested to change the room, but they denied resolving the issue. iii) The bathroom was dirty. everything about elite beach resort is pure perfection! the resort is beautifully designed, the rooms are luxurious, and the entire staff is exceptionally professional and friendly. we enjoyed every moment—from lounging by the infinity pool to indulging in gourmet meals. the private beach and rain dance were an extra treat, providing the perfect spot to unwind. highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a five-star vacation experience!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
