Rooms were OK the pool water was bad, no food at the hotel, staffs are very cooperative, room ACs were functioning at average

Hotel hygiene is good. Staff is co-operative. rooms are spacious. Located at point where you can get out of Lonavala without city traffic issue.
The only concern is, Room AC was program in such a way it won't allow to bring down below 27 Deg. Hotel should take care of it.

Good room to stay at an affordable price at lonavala. The rest of the things were good but we were completely disturbed at night because we were able to here loud music voices from other room.

swimming pool was dirty
staff is ok , service is also ok,
over all hotel ambiance room was not ok
bathroom smells.
food was not available, only tea and milk you can order
it's pure veg,
you can't take non-veg from outside also

This hotel doesnot meet international standards. Door locks are not proper, no lift, 10% service charge if we order anything in the room. No toilet paper in toilet. There is astrays but no coffe maker and sachets.
We experienced multiple powercuts during the stay. I won't recommended this hotel to anyone.
No outside nonveg food allowed.

1. If you are booking considering swimming pool, then you will surely disappoint. very small swimming pool, depth is very less, may be 3 ft, water is not clean. no circulation of water. Moreover, they give their swimming pool to external public for training. while I inform them, they told that, swimming class will end at 3 pm. so after 3 pm hotel guest can swimming with family. The room was not clean. Bathrooms were unclean and smelly. Service was good but was not upto the mark
