before checkin they refused for bed . they want extra full 1500. talking very rude so i request every costomer who comes to stay before talk to manager ok thank you . i will file the case against such people who cheat . thank you 🙏

Room was average . Because pics showed room was there but it was not given to us . Plus location is showing in gmaps different from exact location . Gmaps shows this hotel inside station . But it is near mcdoanlds. Out side from station. Hotel board very small at entrance to indentify. Lift is slightly dirty. Restroom was clean. Ac was working properly . From csmt railway station it will will around 250 metres.

It was not good at all. I booked mixed dorm and i got only girls dorm which is fine but they are giving that place for PG purpose. Not at all recommended for a more than one day. No proper locker system, bathroom was not good and no wifi and common area.
