I paid and they don't have a fan they have a stand fan and a window AC which is also brokenHorrible stay , food not good

Nice hotel.
Food is also good.
Only check in/ out time should be 8 or 9 am.
As it is 12 noon, we have to wait for 4 hours in the morning
