Average hotel, Not value for money,Room is small, Hotel not dealing in Corporate service , In king size bed 2 person can't manage as bed is small.
The hotel is not dealing in Corporate service, I stayed 3 days in the hotel and asked the hotel for last days conversion of breakfast into one day limited Diner but they didn't as Last day I had to checkout early morning.
other hotels manage as I am regularly travelling for business purposes.

Worst hotel to stay in. The room fridge , TV and AC all were not working. I had to call room service for getting these in place. It seemed for the first 3 hours , I was getting the room maintained. Its a big NO to anyone travelling to Kolkata.

Short Stay! However as mentioned Welcome Drinks is not served at the property. Bit expensive comparable to the quality of rooms and services. If its on a go stay and preference is to stay near airport and catch flight then I must suggest go for that. Else its a OK OK stay.

Staff are cordial even available at 1.30 am at night for service. Room and toilets are clean Air con good and no noise. Food less oily and healthy
