1.Room and bathroom was not clean and very third class quality
2.Breakfast was third class and does not have quality.
3.Check was not ready till 1:30 p.m
4.laundatory facility was not there
5. Shop and shampoo for bath not provided.

Room ka size bhut chota tha . or room change karne ke liye 900 rs extra bhi Dene pade.staff coprate bilkul bhi nhi karta .taxi book krai thi wo bhi half time me chla gya . it's was a bad experience with eve hotel.

Near to Mall Road but too many stairs to reach hotel and many things in room( doors, fan, window) needed maintenance

I got very disappointed, If this is a 3* hotel then my advice is that no one should make the mistake of booking such a hotel. In fact the amenities are also not available there. The telephone was also not working, toilets were very unhygienic. Even the reception staff was also very careless towards their guest.

You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel's main reception. They don't pickup baggages from downstairs. It is very hectic and exhausting to carry luggage all the way up from the main road. Will not recommed the hotel to someone with family and/or someone with medical condition(s). The staff was polite and room service was good. However, the room was not ventilated and felt somewhat suffocating.
