It was oneof the worse experience where we were DENIED ROOM on account of ROOM A/C not working and were assured of full money refund for our non-refundable booking by discussing the issue with go-ibibo team internally. On assurance of property manager we left thathiteland booked another room but our money is yet to get refunded and now property manager is asking me to contact go-ibibo forgettingmy refund.
