hotel is at good location almost a walk to golden temple and room is spacious and staff is also friendly and helpful but the ventilation was not proper in room and in washroom also no proper ventilation due to which bad odour was in room also .

It was an amazing stay at a hotel exotic. The room was very clean and the staff is very cooperative. Good food and the location is very close to the golden temple.

I had visited with my family and the overall experience was fantastic. The room was very clean, the bathroom was also very good. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Overall experience with this hotel was good as compared to others.

Superb Location, very good staff behaviour and ambience was the best. over all 5/5 . They took care of our travel and food choices also the tastes was also good 😊. Also the staff was very welcoming. and rooms were clean.

Cons: In room number 403, Rats are doing party at night with glass wall though rats are outside of room but they are constantly hitting the glass and making noise whole night which makes terrible to stay there. This needs to be tackle instantly else it will be difficult to stay there. Not sure what other room are also having same experience. Pros: Food is excellent especially buffet. Staff is Nice and supported. We need to left early in a day and requested staff to pack some breakfast for us and they provided us breakfast for our journey.

Always a comfortable stay here. Rite from checkin to Check out , everything went smooth. Staff is very polite, kind and responsive. Located in a residential lane so cabs wont be able to drop you at exact locations during day time, but because of its location you can easily walk to Golden temple. Many eateries around. Overall its a must recommended for all type of travellers.
