The location of the hotel is terrible. The AC was not working properly. The design of the bathroom is so poor, the room was not clean. The bedsheet was dirty and had wobbles and so uncomfy to sleep. In short, I would never recommend this place.

No complimentary early check in and room upgrade as mentioned, Hotel charged me extra amount when I checked in 2 hrs before the scheduled time ( check in time - 11.00 and I checked in -9.00 am) Rooms where ok Dirty linen, room staff asked for tip for everything they did.(Getting room cleaned, Check in check out ) Location is in a congested area. would not recommend to any one.

Please consider this points before booking:1.Location not proper from the main street.2. Smell of cow dung will come from nearby.3. Not good area in rainy season.4. Deluxe rooms too small will feel suffocation. Please note I have not stayed in the room. So no knowledge about room service. This is the outer picture of the hotel.

Top most Third Class Hotel,in front of the main entrance you will get a big Cattle House (Tabela, Khatal), full of Cow dung and all the time you will get the smell of Cow Dung from Rooms.I never recommend anybody to book this hotel.There is no receptionist found in hotelOnly one person working as receptionist cum Waiter cum Bathroom cleaning, tea maker.No restaurant in this hotel, they have a tie up with one restaurant called "Jungle Safari", if you call them they will say, I don't have boy to s ...more

I want to say room is smelling very bad there is no doormate in entry of room one doormate available which is very dirty and tear near bathroom.there is no towel even though informing them there is no response from their side. I just want to cancel it. pillow cover and bedsheet are not clean. on reception staff saying laundry person not available. I booked for three days but it's hard to stay even single day. also not getting proper response from the reception. looking support from team to get it cancel.

staffs are good , location is about 70 metres from bailey road, but the road to reach hotel is very dirty , there is one alternate route from airport road, which is good
